GENESIS
Ultra Low Bake Powder Coating (ULB)
GENESIS ULB is an Ultra-Low Bake Powder Coating system specially developed for use on MDF and other heat-sensitive substrates. With advancements in powder coating technology, ULB allows coating at much lower curing temperatures, enabling finishes on substrates that were traditionally limited to liquid paints or varnishes.
This innovative system offers the advantages of a one-step finishing process—no need for successive coats or extended drying times. ULB powders are reclaimable, safe, and environmentally friendly, providing a sustainable alternative to liquid coating systems.
KEY FEATURES OF GENESIS ULB POWDER COATING:
- Recommended for interior applications.
- Available in a wide range of RAL and custom-made shades.
- Offered in soft sandtex, fine texture, and hammer tone antique patterns.
- Eco-friendly alternative to conventional liquid paints and varnishes.
- Single-coat application with excellent surface coverage.
- Superior application properties: controlled particle size, high transfer efficiency, strong electrostatic charging, and edge coverage.
- Requires minimal surface preparation compared to liquid systems.
- Delivers significant savings in energy, time, and space.
- Low-temperature curing makes it suitable for a wide range of heat-sensitive substrates.
